% 04.04.2016 Present writ petition has been filed primarily seeking disbursement of balance sanctioned loan.

Admittedly, arbitration proceedings are underway between the parties and the loan agreement has been terminated by the respondents. Consequently, this Court is of the view that no orders are called for in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition and applications are dismissed.

However, petitioner is given liberty to agitate its grievances before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
