% 17.11.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.711/2015, under Section 354 IPC, registered at Police Station-Narela, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the complainant are residing in the same house and due to some misunderstanding arisen between the parties, FIR No. 711/2015, under Section 354 IPC was registered at Police Station-Narela, Delhi. He further submits that later on with the help/intervention of the friends and relatives of both the sides, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before mediation centre, Rohini District Courts and nothing remains to be adjudicated further. Counsel further submits that in these circumstances

since the complainant is the neighbour and residing in the same house No. 789, Pocket 7, Sector A-10, Narela, Delhi-110040, in the interest and betterment of relation of the respective parties, to achieve peaceful neighbourhood, the present FIR in question may be quashed. Respondent No.2/ complainant, Ms.Rajni is present in Court today with her mother and is identified by the Investigating Officer, SI Sunil Kumar of P.S. Narela. Respondent No.2/complainant admits that she has amicably compromised/settled the matter with the petitioner. She further submits that due to some misunderstanding the FIR was registered and now no dispute is left and further submits that the settlement/compromise has taken place voluntarily, without any force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she has no objection if the present FIR is quashed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case since the parties are residing in the aforesaid same house and it is in their interest to live peacefully in the near future, I deem it appropriate to quash FIR No.711/2015, under Section 354 IPC, registered at Police StationNarela, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
