% 01.07.2015 CM No. 11117/2015 The exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 6111/2015 and CM No. 11116/2015 The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 states that the eligibility criteria have been modified by the Director (PM), CPWD, EOI, Kabul on 30.06.2015. A copy of the modified eligibility criteria has been handed over to us and we are placing it on record.

In view of the said modification, the petitioner is now not ineligible, subject to other conditions being fulfilled, to participate in the subject NIT for work to be done in Kabul, Afghanistan entailing the Supply, Installation, Testing and

Commissioning of Digital Conference Systems including simultaneous Interpretation System, Vote Recording System, Display System, Public Address System and Car Hailing System for the Afghan Parliament Building at Kabul, Afghanistan.

As such no further directions are necessary in this writ petition and the same stands disposed of.
