% 09.01.2019 Counter affidavit stands filed on behalf of respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent No.1 would be relying on the counter affidavit already filed by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel further submits that she has filed the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 in the Registry. However, the same is not on record. Learned counsel to check with the Registry and ensure that the counter affidavit filed by her is placed on record positively before the date fixed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has filed rejoinder to the counter affidavits of the respondents in the

Registry yesterday. However, the same is also not on record. Learned counsel to also ensure that the rejoinder filed by them is placed on record positively before the date fixed. List the matter before the Hon'ble Court on the date already fixed i.e. 14.01.2019.
