After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order by setting aside the impugned judgment dated 14.2.2017. Appellants/defendants will complete cross-examination of the witnesses of the respondent/plaintiff in not more than two opportunities and the evidence in chief of the appellants/defendants will also be concluded in not more than three hearings. 2.

This appeal is, however, allowed subject to the appellants/defendants paying, as agreed, costs of Rs.20,000/- to the counsel for the respondent, and which costs would be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid observations.

Parties to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 20th February, 2018 and the District and Sessions Judge will mark the suit for disposal to a competent court in accordance with law.
