% 09.01.2019 Short affidavits stand filed on behalf of respondent No.2 and 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent No.1 would be relying on the short affidavit already filed by respondent No.3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has filed rejoinder to the short affidavits of the respondents in the Registry yesterday. However, the same is not on record. Learned counsel to ensure that the rejoinder filed by them is placed on record positively before the date fixed.
