W.P.(CRL) 2802/2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.314/2018 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at PS Amar Colony on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have reconciled and respondent No.2 wants to withdraw the complaint.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
