% 26.07.2018 Crl. M.A. no. 2346/2018 (directions) The only prayer pressed during the course of hearing by the learned counsel for petitioner is that instead of two sureties, petitioner be permitted to furnish one surety.

Petitioner was granted bail, vide order dated 28th November, 2016 subject to the condition that he shall furnish personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount. Petitioner is not in a position to furnish two sureties. Accordingly, petitioner is permitted to furnish one surety instead of two sureties. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K.
