BAIL APPLN. 2322/2016 Co-accused Kuldeep is stated to be on regular bail. It is further submitted that matter has been settled between the complainant and the petitioners. Learned APP submits that complainant is present in Court and he confirms this fact.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in

case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
