The appellant assails an order dated 18th May, 2017 passed by the ld. Single Judge on I.A.Nos.14984/2016 and 4932/2017 in O.M.P.No.71/2006 whereby the ld. Single Judge has directed the petitioner to file on record the details of his movable and immovable assets. In our view, such order is not appealable. 2.
The appellant, who appears in person, prays for leave to withdraw this appeal and applications with liberty to file a review petition.

We may note that this appeal was originally filed on 1st July, 2017 when the court reopened after the summer vacation within the statutory period of limitation of 30 days.
The period of filing a review petition is also 30 days from the date of the order. FAO(OS) 231/2017

In view of the above, this appeal as well as applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.
It is further directed that in case the review petition is filed within 15 days from today, the same shall not be rejected on the grounds of limitation.
