% 24.08.2017 After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that in view of the statement made on behalf of respondent-Institute, the Director (Discipline) should complete the process of examining the materials placed before him and communicate his prima facie opinion to the concerned authority (i.e. Disciplinary Committee or the Board of Discipline) within eight weeks. The concerned Body i.e. DC/BOD should thereafter complete the consideration of said report and proceed with the further course of action in terms of the relevant Rules, within six weeks. The appeal is disposed of in above terms. The pending application also stands disposed of.
