Cont.Cas(C) 1238/2016 & CM Appl. 43124/2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 23rd November, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 9387/2016 whereby the Committee constituted by the Government of NCT of Delhi, Transport Department, was directed to enquire into all allegations made in the writ petition and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Mr. Peeyoosh Kalra, learned counsel for GNCT of Delhi, who appears on advance notice, states that the aforesaid order dated 23rd November, 2015 shall be complied within a period of six weeks. The statement made by learned counsel for respondents is accepted by this Court and respondent No.1 is held bound by the same.
