% 17.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the probate petition bearing no.50373/16 which was pending before ADJ-02, North West, Rohini has already been withdrawn on 23.05.2018 and that thus, the present petition which assailed the impugned order dated 20.08.2016 of the learned ADJ-02, North West Rohini in the said probate petition does not survive any more and that the learned counsel for the petitioners thus seeks to withdraw the present petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
