CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 18.11.2016 Petitioner seeks parole, inter alia, on the ground of maintaining social ties and for repair of the house. Learned Additional Standing Counsel points out that petitioner has already availed furlough in the month of June/July, 2016 as well as in the month of March/April, 2016. It is trite to say that in case convict, in long incarceration, is released on parole once or twice in a year, the same is sufficient for him to maintain social ties. As regards repair of his house is concerned, the same also could have been undertaken by him in the month of June/July, 2016.

Parole petition is dismissed at this stage.
