% 13.12.2018 A status report has been filed by respondent No.3 and 4 indicating that on verification from the school first attended the date of birth of the petitioner No.1 was found to be 22nd May, 2000. Thus, on the date when the petitioner married petitioner No.2 she was a major. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and 4 submits that in view of the fact that the petitioner No.1 is major after statement of the petitioner is recorded, a final report will be filed before the Trial Court in case FIR No. 86/2018 under Section 363 IPC, wherein Section 366 and 120B IPC was also added, preferably within four weeks.

As regards prayer in the petition relating to protection, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners are no more residing in the jurisdiction of Delhi, hence no protection can be provided to the petitioners.
