% 03.07.2015 The petitioner has sought the intervention of this Court in respect of the transfer order by which he was directed to join 129 Battalion, BSF in Punjab. He sought for the modification/withdrawal of the order on the ground of medical condition of his son. On the previous date of hearing, this Court had directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Today, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents sought liberty and placed on record a copy of the order dated 02.07.2015, whereby the impugned transfer order has been modified and the petitioner has been told that he would be relieved on 01.04.2016 to report to 129 Battalion, BSF. In case the petitioner has any further request, it is open to him to represent to the authorities in this regard. A copy of the said order dated 02.07.2015 is hereby taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of in above terms along with the pending application.
