% 18.11.2016 Ms. Kolluru has tendered in Court the status report, which shows that the medical condition of the petitioner has been got verified. It is evident that the petitioner requires hospitalisation and regular treatment, attention and care.

In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended by a period of eight weeks on the same terms & conditions. At the end of eight weeks, the State shall verify the physical condition of the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
