% 23.04.2018 Mr.Gogna, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, submits that the respondents have already issued a fresh passport to the petitioner in compliance with order dated 19.07.2017 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the new passport having been issued, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition, which is disposed of as not pressed. The pending application also stands disposed of.
