% 21.11.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 20th July, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 6206/2016 wherein respondent-North DMC stated that demolition drive with regard to property bearing no. 1220, Gali Samosan, Farash Khana, Delhi shall be concluded within four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the aforesaid undertaking, no action has been taken by respondent-North DMC against the unauthorised construction in question.

Issue notice.

Mr. Kapil Dutta, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents. He states that the Executive Engineer of SP Zone, Sadar Paharganj, North

Delhi Municipal Corporation has undertaken to implement and execute the order dated 20th July, 2016 on or before 30th November, 2016. The statement/undertaking given by Mr. Kapil Dutta is accepted by this Court and the Executive Engineer of SP Zone, Sadar Paharganj, North Delhi Municipal Corporation is held bound by the same. In view of the aforesaid undertaking, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
