Mr Sanjay Ghose, learned counsel for the respondents has today handed over a copy of the file noting which indicates that the Deputy Chief Minister, Government of NOT of Delhi has reconsidered his decision and has decided to permit licence for "on premises consumption".

In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner may not survive. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of with the liberty to file afresh if a fresh cause arises or if the grievance of the petitioner remains unaddressed.
