% 19.12.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the statutory authorities. Submission is that illegal and unauthorized construction over public land in Gali Nos. 98 and 99, B-Block, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi has been permitted to be carried out by the private respondents which is against all the bye laws of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/North Delhi Municipal Corporation has put in appearance. Her instructions are that this property is admittedly illegal; the ground floor of this property has been booked on 16.9.2016. First floor and the second floor of the aforenoted property were also booked subsequently on

03.11.2016. Demolition programme has been fixed on earlier dates but it could not be implemented in the absence of police force. The demolition programme is now fixed for tomorrow i.e. 20.12.2016. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 under instructions submits that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken and completed. This statement of the respondent is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this statement of the respondent no.1 will be honoured in true letter and spirit.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
