Mr. Manoj Arora, appears through VC along with Mr. Simarjeet Singh Satia Advocate for the petitioners in these matters and states that they wish to withdraw these petitions on account of settlement arrived at between the parties.

Respondents are represented through Mr. Manish Kaushik, who is also present in Court and confirms the same.

Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of in terms of settlement. 4.
In these circumstances, bonds of the sureties be released by Trial Court. 5.
Considering that the matter was of proceedings under Section 138 of NI Act, and it is informed that one of the co-accused was declared proclaimed offender, counsel for petitioner states that they have no objection if the said case against the said co-accused (Rajeev Aggarwal) is dropped. 6.
Counsel for the respondent shall take steps in accordance with law. 7.
