After arguments, this petition is not pressed as counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner wants to make a representation to the respondent nos. 1 and 2/school as to deduction of Rs.2200/- from his contractual pay as a Lab Attendant for the initial contractual period. If there is any other grievance, of course within the four corners of law, petitioner can always address that grievance before the competent authority in the respondent nos. 1 and 2/school.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
