% 14.02.2017 Status report of respondent no.1/North DMC is taken on record. It is stated that the property in question i.e. property bearing No.B-182 and B-184, Double Storey, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi has been inspected on 17.11.2016. The unauthorized construction in the shape of second floor, third floor and part of fourth floor had been booked; show cause notice dated 17.11.2016 had been issued to the owner/occupier of the property. Since no reply was received on this show cause notice a demolition order dated 01.12.2016 was passed. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 under instructions submits that all actions pursuant to this demolition shall be taken in accordance with law. This statement of learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that it shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Needless to
state that adverse orders against the property shall be taken after due notice to the owner/occupier of the property. No further orders are called for in this petition.
