% 03.03.2017 By this petition, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the FIR No. 656/16 under Sections 365/380/423/34 IPC registered at police station Bhajanpura, on the complaint of respondent no.2. On 7th February, 2017 counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent no.2 had requested for referring the matter to the Mediation Centre. Accordingly, parties were directed to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre (Mediation Centre) on 15th February, 2017. It is pointed out that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 15th February, 2017. In view of the settlement, respondent no.2, who is present

in Court, submits that he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, FIR No. 656/16 under Sections 365/380/423/34 IPC registered at police station Bhajanpura and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of.
