% 13.07.2017 This case requires balancing of personal obligations of the petitioner with his job requirements as the petitioner is working as a Constable with the Border Security Force.
After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would join the posting with 112 Battalion at Karanpur, Rajasthan within a period of three weeks.
In case the petitioner has any difficulty or problem at the said place because of the condition of his son, he will make a representation to the Authorities. The Authorities, we hope and trust would give due consideration to the problem and difficulty, if any, faced by the petitioner. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can approach Court/forum for appropriate remedy.
