% 01.08.2016 1.
Counsel for the parties state that disputes do not survive because parties have settled the matter before the Mediation Centre and appellant has already executed the sale deed and handed over the possession to the respondent.
2.
This RSA is accordingly disposed of in view of the parties having settled their disputes and implemented the compromise outside the court. 3.
The settlement agreement dated 16.5.2016 is filed in original in this Court, and therefore, the suit will stand disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 16.5.2016.
The terms of the settlement agreement dated 16.5.2016 will form a decree to be binding between the RSA 229/2015
parties. Registry will draw up the necessary decree. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
