This application has been filed jointly on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking withdrawal of the present appeal, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The terms of settlement have been recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 18th March, 2026, which has been filed along with the present application.

The application has been duly signed by the parties and is supported by their respective affidavits.

The application stands disposed of.
