Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been arrested yesterday, thus the present application for continuation of the interim protection and bail application No.2347/2016 have become infructuous.

Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that the petitioner has been arrested on 19th February, 2017.

Consequently, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. BAIL APPLN. 2347/2016 Bail application is dismissed as infructuous. The date of 25th April, 2017 is cancelled.
