% 11.01.2016 Bailable warrants against Sunil Kumar, the petitioner, for ensuring his presence could not be effected. The petitioner is reported to be absconding.

The respondents No.2 & 3, parents of the petitioner, have no idea as to where has he gone after having been released from the jail. The present petition is directed against the order dated 20.09.2014 passed by family courts whereby the court recorded that a settlement had been arrived at between the petitioner and his parents. The petitioner had undertaken before the family court that he was, as in duty bound and under a pious obligation of a son, would maintain his parents.

Respondent No.2 is present in the Court and submits that the

petitioner is not to be found for the last six to seven months. In that event, the petition preferred by Sunil Kumar for setting aside the aforesaid order is dismissed.
