W.P.(C) 5891/2017 Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that respondent no.1 is not proceeding with the matter in spite of their application pending before him since the last about two years.

On advance notice learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 has put in appearance. His submission is that this submission of the petitioner is incorrect. In fact a hearing has been held before the respondent no.1/Deputy Commissioner on 12.7.2017 (copy of the

order has been placed on record). The next date fixed before the Deputy Commissioner is 02.8.2017. A copy of the order has been handed over to the petitioner who even otherwise is well aware of the order as his presence has been marked in the said order. Respondent shall endeavour to dispose of the representation/application of the petitioners expeditiously. Petition disposed of.
