% 08.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after old aged mother and maintain social ties. As per the Nominal Roll, the application of the petitioner was dismissed for the reason his last punishment was on 22nd October, 2016.
Since more than one year has elapsed after the grant of punishment to the petitioner and the fact that earlier also petitioner was granted parole by this Court in the year 2015 and there is no allegation that he misused the said concession, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal W.P.(CRL) 1847/2017
bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
