% 07.02.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave Petition.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record, as per which the special leave petition of the petitioner has already been forwarded by the Superintendent Jail, Mandoli to Secretary, Supreme Court Legal Services Authority.

Considering that the petitioner is already in the process of preferring the special leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no ground is made out for grant of parole on the ground of filing the special leave petition.

Petition is dismissed.
