% 03.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably;
therefore, FIR No.
351/2013 under Sections 323/341/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri on the complaint of respondent no. 2 may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Jaivind, P.S. Kalyanpuri. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
Respondent no. 2 further points out that he has no
objection in case the FIR is quashed. Statement of respondent no. 2 has also been recorded on oath to this effect.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 351/2013 under Sections 323/341/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
