% 24.04.2018 Learned counsel appearing for Accurate Transformers Limited submits that by an order dated 20th April, 2018 passed in Company Petition No.657/2015 titled as Sanjeev Agency Pvt. Ltd. vs. Accurate Transformers Ltd., the company has been ordered to be wound up. In view of the same, the learned counsel for Columbia Petro-Chem Pvt. Ltd. prays for leave to withdraw the execution petition with liberty to file its claim before the Official Liquidator. The execution petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
