% 07.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the action/inaction on the part of the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the inspection of the premises of the petitioner had been conducted on 24.05.2017. Admittedly a show cause notice has not yet been issued to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent states that this show cause notice is most likely to be issued within 2-3 days. On receipt of the said notice, the petitioner will file his reply. On receipt of the reply by the respondent, the respondent shall dispose off this reply/representation of the petitioner positively within a period of seven days from thereon.
Petition disposed of in the above terms.
