% 07.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the show cause notice dated 21.06.2017 as also a circular dated 21.06.2017. His submission is that this circular dated 21.06.2017 has brought his admission process to a halt. This has been extremely prejudicial to the interest of the petitioner.
The respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner on 21.06.2017 giving him ample opportunity to file a reply but till date, the petitioner has not bothered to file his reply. The fact that the petitioner has not filed reply to the show cause notice is admitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall file reply to the show cause notice dated 21.06.2017 positively within a period of three days. On the receipt of the said reply, the Department undertakes to dispose off this reply/response on or before 30.07.2017.
Petition disposed of in the above terms.
