% 22.11.2016 Mr.Siddharth Dutta, Advocate, has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.3.

An advance notice of the petition has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent. But none has appeared on his behalf.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cross-examination of PW-3 Shri Rajiv Gupta is continuing and he may be permitted to continue the cross-examination and ask the questions disallowed by the impugned order by rephrasing the same in simpler language. The questions had been disallowed as the witness could not comprehend the same.
