% 23.11.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of the FIR bearing No.335/2014, under Sections 323/341/308 IPC, registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to misunderstanding between the parties, FIR bearing No.335/2014, under Sections 323/341/308 IPC was got registered by the respondents No.2 & 3 against the petitioners at Police Station Madhu Vihar, Delhi. Counsel further submits that after the registration of the FIR, with the intervention of the near relatives and close friends, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide Settlement Deed dated 23rd October, 2016. Counsel

further submits that the petitioners and the respondents No.2 & 3 are neighbours and relatives and for the betterment of relationship between the parties in near future, the FIR in question may be quashed. The respondents No.2 & 3/complainant/injured are present in Court today. They have been identified by the Investigating Officer ASI Mool Chand, P.S. Madhu Vihar, Delhi. Both the injured Amit and Mamta submit that they have amicably settled the matter with the petitioners voluntarily and without any force, pressure or coercion and submit that they have got no objection if the FIR in question is quashed against the petitioners. Looking into the facts and circumstances, since the petitioners and the respondents No.

2 & 3/injured are stated to be neighbours and relatives and it is in the interest of the parties to maintain their good relations in near future, particularly in view of the settlement reached between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR bearing No.335/2014, under Sections 323/341/308 IPC, registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
