% 06.12.2018 Learned counsel for the claimants has handed over the particulars of the savings bank accounts of the claimants with Nepal SBI Bank Limited. Mr. Irfan Ahmed, Advocate for State Bank of India is directed to verify whether the award amount can be kept in fixed deposit in a phased manner with State Bank of India, Tis Hazari Courts Branch and the monthly FDR amount can be transferred to Nepal SBI Bank Limited or alternatively whether the other amount can be transferred to Nepal SBI Bank Limited and Nepal SBI Bank Limited can be directed to disburse the amount to the claimants in a phased manner.
