% 14.11.2018 Crl.M.A. No. 35222/2018 Though the status report has been handed over, however, the latest nominal roll of the petitioner has not been filed. As per the status report handed over the petitioner has already undergone surgery of the fractured neck of the hip bone. Since extensive physiotherapies are going on and petitioner has undergone nearly six weeks of therapy and needs further two weeks therapy which is not available in the Jail premises, this Court deems it fit to extend the parole granted to the petitioner for another two weeks. Consequently, the parole of the petitioner granted to him vide order dated 19th September, 2018 is extended on the same terms and condition for a further period of two weeks from today.
