% 02.08.2017 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of chargesheet No. 305113/2016 arising out of FIR NO. 985/2015 under Section 376/506 IPC and Section 3(X) of SC&ST Act registered at Police Station - Timar Pur, is pending consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the matter as a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition along pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
