1. None appears for the Respondent despite service of notice. Accordingly, the Respondent is set ex parte.

2. The existence of the arbitration clause in the Service Level Agreement dated 14th August, 2014 and the invocation of arbitration clause in the legal notice dated 8th July, 2016 is not in dispute.

3. It is ordered that the arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The Petitioner will appear before the DAC on 23rd February, 2017 at 11 am for further steps.

4. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the Additional Coordinator DAC forthwith.
