O R D E R

% 27.01.2017 The learned counsel for the respondents is present. He has brought with him a banker's cheque issued by the State Bank of India, Shakti Nagar (Delhi) dated 25.01.2017 bearing No.314764 in favour of Mr Amar Singh Chauhan (the appellant herein) for the sum of Rs 15 lacs. The said banker's cheque is accepted by the appellant, who is present in person along with his advocate. The payment of this amount of Rs 15 lacs concludes all issues between the parties. No further dispute remains between them. The acceptance of the banker's cheque is by way of full and final settlement of all dues pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties on 30.10.2014. A fresh unqualified 'no objection certificate' shall be issued by the appellant in favour of the respondents within a week. It is also made clear that the appellant, who is present in person, has stated before us that he will have no objection with regard to the sale/ disposal of the property commonly referred to as 'Neelam Cinema' at Neelam Bata Chowk, Faridabad by the respondents. A formal

'no objection certificate' shall also be handed over to the respondents within a week, as indicated above.
