After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Central Government.

He requests that the present petition be treated as a petitioner's representation.

Respondent no.1 shall consider the present petition as a petitioner's representation and give serious consideration to the petitioner's request for including a member of the Board as a part of the Committee for the purpose of control and supervision of experiments on animals as constituted under Section 15(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
