The present application is a joint application moved under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ['CPC'] for recording settlement arrived at between the parties.

The application is duly signed by the authorized representatives of the plaintiffs as well as the defendants.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in paragraph 2 of the application.

I have examined the terms of the settlement and find nothing unlawful therein. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the said settlement. 5.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid application and the said application shall form part of the decree.
