On the previous date of hearing, BWs were directed to be issued against the appellant, the same remained unexecuted as the appellant-Vijay Dabas @ Bholi has expired. A verification report annexed with the death certificate of the appellant, verifying the factum of his death has been handed over today in the Court, which is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings in the present appeal stands abated and the same is disposed of accordingly.
