The representation shall be disposed of by the DIG, GBS, CISF Unit, Mahipalpur, New Delhi, as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The representation shall be disposed of by a reasoned decision. No reasons need, however, be given if the decision is in favour of the petitioner.
