order dated 27.07.2016 of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi in OA No. 730/2015 in so far as the same directs the Assistant General Manager of the appellant Bank to explain the allegations relating to perjury. It will be open to the parties to proceed with the proceedings before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi and Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi in accordance with law.
