This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that the petitioner will get exactly five days from today to file affidavits of evidence of all her witnesses, including herself, and no further opportunity under any circumstances will stand granted or time extended for filing of the affidavits by way of evidence. If the affidavits by way of evidence are not filed within five days from today the impugned order passed by the Inquiry Officer dated W.P.(C) 10882/2016

3.11.2016 will stand revived. Respondent nos. 1 and 2 will complete the cross-examination of the witnesses of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from today.

The inquiry proceedings will thereafter be completed in accordance with law and petitioner will cause no hindrance whatsoever in the conduct and completion of the inquiry proceedings. 2.

The present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid consent order.
